Aerobic Run

Of course, I would leave it until the temperature was over 30 degrees before setting out; must have been 35 degrees by the time I finished. Took plenty of water & refilled at taps.

14km run keeping HR at around 73% of Max.

Simply must get myself out of bed earlier in this hot weather; but this Chickybabe Blogger loves her nest!

  1. Hot weather is awful for running - it was 30 degrees at 8am here the other day! I'm so impressed that you make yourself go out in it!

Re: Bootcamp, yep, it's like a training session I do each morning, then I work... I'd actually love to do a program where you stay overnight, but alas, yet to find one of those!

Hope that update is going well! :)

  2. Hi Luckylegs,

Thanks for your comment on my blog recently. I am slowly but surely catching up with technology . I tried to attach Kieran's photo on my blog but because of a firewall at work I was unable. I will have to try & do so at home on my old computer.
Keep up the hard training. Hopefully the weather will be a little cooler when the Canberra Marathon comes around.

  3. OK, so where's Wednesday's report! Have you been a busy Chickybabe or something?
P.S. A friend of mine has one twice that size - we may organise something on the Canberra Marathon weekend.
