Day 5 - A Hard day...3rd Series.

The First Day of Winter!



Warm-up, stretches & strides.

2 x 10 minutes of "hard" running.
6 minutes slow walk recovery between sets & at the finish + stretches.

"Hard" running took heart rate to 90-95% of Maximun.

No running tomorrow...HILLS on a "grassy knoll", Saturday!!!
