Track on the Road.....

Program:
10-20 min warm-up
5 x 1km @ 6:08m/k
10 min cool down.

I didn't go to Chev track to do today's program; I knew the grass would still be wet and muddy.  Instead I used Radio Road which, by running its length 3 times, gave me 1km exactly.  Worked out well.

1km warm-up + couple strides
5x1km :  6:07;   6:02;    6:11;    6:07;    6:08
1km cool-down  

Total 7km
