Cross-Training.......

Run Up 75 sec.
Jog Down




Long Hill Repeats....75 sec

15 minutes approx. warm-up easy run from school to Renwick
8 x 75 seconds uphill run
Jog down, walk around for about 1 minute and start again!
About 15 minutes cool-down easy jog back to the school.

I'm very fortunate in having access to all the streets in the Renwick development for this and other workouts
......  no cars, no people, just empty streets where I can run in the middle of the road without fear of traffic.
