Cross-Training ~~~

I used a road in Renwick for today's training which was ......

50 wobbly lunges warm-up
1 Set Magill Drills.....100m road.
Stride between each.

Short Hill Repeats : walk down between : 
8 x 40m....I don't think the road was steep enough; will look further next time.

About 40 minutes on a beautiful, sunny day!

At home ~  a weeping cherry  ~ so very pretty!
