.....Well, today is important for me because I have the results from the ultrasound earlier than expected....and they're all good! All clear! Seems I've nothing to worry about at all......now, that's a worry!
I'll resume my program next week and with 15 weeks still left to the ACTVAC half marathon, I should just about be ready! Phew, Close call!
Heigh Ho, Heigh Ho...Forget all about work and digging...it's off to run we go!
