Easy Running ~~~~~

Starting the week with some easy running...all part of getting fit!  A much better day:  cooler, cloudy, slightly humid...but much, much better than last week.

55 minutes easy running; few walk breaks to keep to MAF heart rate 96-106.

Avg. HR 114 (72%)


Track tomorrow:  Long repeats!!

Easy Run/Walk 5.7km
