Long Run ~~~~~ with Leah.
10km
Leah ran with me this morning...her first 'long' run! Good company for me and we chatted out and back along Diamond Fields Road. Beautiful morning, 10:00 start, jog/walk, no wind, sunny and warm....just perfect!
