Track ~~~~~

A much brighter and warmer morning with little or no wind.  What a relief!

Chev Track :

10-20 min  warm-up ........I did 15 min + 4 strides

4 x 1000m (7:45m/k based on 40 min 5km)

10 min cool-down....I did 5 min + stretches

4 x 1000m    :    7:39;    7:33;    7:28;    7:16

Couch to 5k tomorrow!
